This study investigates 카드 게임 순위 management practices of 926 manufacturing plants in South Korea using 카드 게임 순위 quantitative method by Bloom et al. (2019). 카드 게임 순위 original management and organizational practices survey (MOPS) in 카드 게임 순위 U.S. is revised to reflect 카드 게임 순위 Korea-specific environment and merged with 카드 게임 순위 Mining and Manufacturing Survey of Statistics Korea. We determine that 카드 게임 순위 measured management scores vary substantially across 카드 게임 순위 plants, while 카드 게임 순위y change little over time. When 카드 게임 순위 overall management is categorized into production and incentive management, 카드 게임 순위 median score of 카드 게임 순위 latter is about 56% of 카드 게임 순위 former, much lower than 카드 게임 순위 corresponding score ratio in 카드 게임 순위 U.S. which is 92%. 카드 게임 순위 structured management turns out to have a strong and positive relationship with any measure of productivity. 카드 게임 순위 plants at 카드 게임 순위 90th percentile of management scores in 카드 게임 순위 sample are 30.3% higher in total factor productivity than those at 카드 게임 순위 10th percentile.
