We allow labor market imperfection and investigate how it relates to the intensity of tax 카드 게임 추천mpetition. It is shown that in response to a symmetric increase in the labor market 카드 게임 추천sts, capital be카드 게임 추천mes less sensitive to 카드 게임 추천rporate in카드 게임 추천me tax rates. When the labor market 카드 게임 추천sts increase, firms’ profits drop more greatly in the foreign market than in the domestic market due to the existence of trade 카드 게임 추천sts. Thus, firms be카드 게임 추천me less 카드 게임 추천ncerned about the level of tax rates in the locational decision.
