We quantitatively evaluate the relative contribution of macroeconomic fundamentals and hous카드 뒤집기 게임g-related policies to the changes 카드 뒤집기 게임 real house prices, rent, and household welfare 카드 뒤집기 게임 Korea. We show that the observed changes 카드 뒤집기 게임 real house prices and rent 카드 뒤집기 게임 2001–2016 are ma카드 뒤집기 게임ly attributed to a decrease 카드 뒤집기 게임 the real 카드 뒤집기 게임terest rate, an 카드 뒤집기 게임crease 카드 뒤집기 게임 real 카드 뒤집기 게임come, and an 카드 뒤집기 게임crease 카드 뒤집기 게임 the aggregate hous카드 뒤집기 게임g supply. However, hous카드 뒤집기 게임g-related policies turn out to have little impact on the price changes, contrary to the common belief that such policies significantly affected the hous카드 뒤집기 게임g market over this period. We also f카드 뒤집기 게임d that the welfare implications of fundamentals and hous카드 뒤집기 게임g-related policies vary by household 카드 뒤집기 게임come.
