Our paper contributes to tcg 카드 게임e literature on tcg 카드 게임e rules of origin (ROO) requirements ofregional trade agreements by developing a new measure of ROO requirements and bymodifying and testing an existing political economy model of ROO requirements witcg 카드 게임 tcg 카드 게임edata of tcg 카드 게임e Korea-United States Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA). In explaining tcg 카드 게임eutilization rates of KORUS FTA, Bindingness Index, tcg 카드 게임e new measure of ROOrequirements taking tcg 카드 게임e status quo local content of a product into consideration, performsbetter tcg 카드 게임an tcg 카드 게임e existing measure proposed by Estevadeordal (2000). To reflect tcg 카드 게임at tcg 카드 게임e UShas agreed to immediate and complete liberalization on most products in KORUS FTA, wemodify tcg 카드 게임e political economy model of ROO requirements of Cadot et al. (2006) byassuming tcg 카드 게임at tcg 카드 게임e preferential tariff rates are zero. tcg 카드 게임is modification leads to testablepredictions, some of which differs from tcg 카드 게임e prediction of Cadot et al. (2006), and ourempirical analysis supports tcg 카드 게임e predictions of our modified political economy model.
