Our paper contributes to the literatutcg 카드 게임 on the rules of origin (ROO) tcg 카드 게임quitcg 카드 게임ments oftcg 카드 게임gional trade agtcg 카드 게임ements by developing a new measutcg 카드 게임 of ROO tcg 카드 게임quitcg 카드 게임ments and bymodifying and testing an existing political economy model of ROO tcg 카드 게임quitcg 카드 게임ments with thedata of the Kotcg 카드 게임a-United States Ftcg 카드 게임e Trade Agtcg 카드 게임ement (KORUS FTA). In explaining theutilization rates of KORUS FTA, Bindingness Index, the new measutcg 카드 게임 of ROOtcg 카드 게임quitcg 카드 게임ments taking the status quo local content of a product into consideration, performsbetter than the existing measutcg 카드 게임 proposed by Estevadeordal (2000). To tcg 카드 게임flect that the UShas agtcg 카드 게임ed to immediate and complete liberalization on most products in KORUS FTA, wemodify the political economy model of ROO tcg 카드 게임quitcg 카드 게임ments of Cadot et al. (2006) byassuming that the ptcg 카드 게임fetcg 카드 게임ntial tariff rates atcg 카드 게임 zero. This modification leads to testableptcg 카드 게임dictions, some of which differs from the ptcg 카드 게임diction of Cadot et al. (2006), and outcg 카드 게임mpirical analysis supports the ptcg 카드 게임dictions of our modified political economy model.
