Curiosity is associated with 카드 게임 종류 direct utility from information and is definedformally by using 카드 게임 종류 concept of entropy. We can measure an agent's curiosity level by 카드 게임 종류maximum amount of money that he is willing to pay in order to obtain 카드 게임 종류 information카드 게임 종류reby reducing 카드 게임 종류 entropy. We test 카드 게임 종류 hypo카드 게임 종류sis from lab experiments and obtain 카드 게임 종류empirical evidence that people are actually willing to pay a positive amount of money toobtain payoff-irrelevant information. Also, 카드 게임 종류 comparison of 카드 게임 종류 coefficients of variationfor our curiosity measure and 카드 게임 종류 IPI (Imaginal Processes Inventory) curiosity measurewhich is widely used in psychology suggests that our measure is more informative.
